Retail Support Chef Casual- Evertons Hill Dickinson Stadium Role Overview:Join our team at Everton Hill Dickinson Stadium as a Retail Support Chef. This role is crucial in ensuring that all our retail offerings, including multiple concessions inside the stadium, fan-zone kiosks, and event catering, are delivered with the highest standards of health and safety, quality, creativity, and consistency. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Retail Head Chef in leading food delivery across matchday retail outlets., • Ensure high standards of health and safety, quality, creativity, and consistency in food offerings., • Maintain records and perform necessary temperature checks in line with ARAMARK company policy., • Liaise with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure service standards are met., • Supervise staff and ensure compliance with company and legal standards., • Conduct regular checks on food handling and safety standards., • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, COSHH, and due diligence systems., • Communicate effectively to maintain positive interactions between front and back of house teams.
