Digital Photoshop Artist \n\n • Annual Salary: £30,000 - £40,000\n, • Location: Knaresborough\n, • Job Type: Full-time\n\n We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Photoshop Artist to join our client's creative team and produce high-quality imagery for a luxury soft-toy brand. In this fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, photographers, and other creatives to bring charming character scenes to life through imaginative digital artistry. \n Day-to-day of the role: \n\n • Create dynamic, high-quality scenes featuring soft-toy characters.\n, • Source or generate realistic background images, including using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney.\n, • Collaborate with photographers to ensure character poses and lighting match seamlessly with intended environments.\n, • Retouch and refine soft-toy characters in Photoshop, integrating them into scenes with appropriate (digitally created) props, textures, lighting effects, and environmental details.\n, • Maintain visual consistency and high production standards across all imagery.\n\n Required Skills & Qualifications: \n\n • Advanced Photoshop skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.\n, • Strong artistic sensibility and attention to detail.\n, • Excellent understanding of composition, perspective, light, and shadow.\n, • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\n, • Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate.\n\n Desirable Skills: \n\n • Experience posing CGI (3D) characters in 3DS Max.\n, • A full driving licence.\n\n Benefits: \n\n • Competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000.\n, • Opportunity to work with a leading luxury brand.\n, • Creative and collaborative work environment.\n, • Professional development opportunities.\n, • Generous holiday scheme.\n, • MAC Laptop\n, • Pension scheme.\n, • Free parking and electric car points.\n\n
