We’re looking for a driven and ambitious sales professional that has the desire to succeed and eventually progress to becoming a Sales Manager via the company’s structured career pathway. Job Responsibilities: • You are an energetic and self-motivated, entrepreneurial builder, • You can work independently with a good sense of urgency, • Together with the Sales Director, you set up a plan to develop new business, • You hunt for quality leads that are in line with the business strategy, • You identify qualified leads and listen to their needs, • You oversee expanding the reach of the company in the UK, • You take ownership of your territory, • You will be responsible for logging sales activity onto Salesforce, • You work closely with the Customer Success team to get orders processed About you: • You are hungry, trustworthy and present yourself professionally, • You are a born hunter that isn’t afraid of going the extra mile to make a new customer, • You have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, • You have an open mindset, and you are comfortable talking to different teams (e.g. Marketing, Customer Service, Production, etc.), especially when interpreting KPI’s and explaining reports, • You combine a strong team spirit with a healthy sense of autonomy, • You communicate fluently with your international colleagues in English What we’re looking for: We are looking for a driven sales person - an accomplished lead generator who will help with growth of the company. • You have a nose for potential leads and enjoy the challenge of obtaining an appointment with the right person., • Your greatest quality is your enthusiasm and commercial insight during outbound calling.
