Roles and Responsibilities: Chefs: - Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in line with our Greek menu. - Innovate and contribute to menu development and special culinary projects. - Uphold the highest standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene. Kitchen Assistants: - Support chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. - Manage food storage and contribute to inventory control. Qualifications: - Previous experience in kitchen roles, passion for Greek cuisine preferred. - Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen equipment. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Enthusiastic and motivated, with a keen eye for detail.
