Finance Supervisor, Office Based, Stoke-on-Trent Your New CompanyYou’ll be joining a professional and structured organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent. The role is fully office-based due to the nature of the business, offering a stable working environment and a collaborative team culture. Your New RoleAs a Finance Supervisor, you’ll support the finance team by processing supplier invoices, employee expenses, and executing payments (BACS, CHAPS, international) using Sage. You’ll also assist with payroll operations, including validating timesheets, reconciling payroll accounts, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PAYE, NI, and pensions. The role is key to maintaining financial accuracy and smooth transactional workflows. What You'll Need to Succeed • Experience in accounts payable or payments processing, • Understanding of UK payroll processes and legislation, • Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Excel, • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, • Supervisory experience is beneficial., • AAT qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.What You'll Get in Return, • Full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, 37.5 hours/week), • 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, • NEST auto-enrolment pension scheme, • Opportunity to work in a supportive finance team with exposure to both payments and payroll 4723650
