Working hours: 35 а week Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through both B2B and B2C sales channels, with a strong focus on business development and expanding our market presence within the UK. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the EdTech landscape, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Duties: • Sales Execution (B2B & B2C):, • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within both the B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) markets., • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention., • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our online learning solutions., • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations., • Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets., • Maintain accurate sales records and track progress using our systems., • Business Development:, • Identify and research new market segments and potential client groups within the EdTech sector., • Develop and execute strategies for generating new leads and expanding our customer base., • Network with industry professionals and attend relevant events to build relationships and promote our brand., • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with complementary organisations., • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings., • Relationship Management:, • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations., • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on our online learning solutions., • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively., • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met., • Reporting and Analysis:, • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager., • Track and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement., • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities., • Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:, • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field., • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the EdTech industry (minimum 3 years)., • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes., • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills., • strong English, • Place of work: Hybrid (work from Sutton several times a month)
