Location: Remote (Panama-based only) Hours: Shift-based (5–7 hours per day, aligned with live US sports events) Contract Type: Independent Contractor ⸻ About the Role We are looking for a reliable and sports-savvy Customer Support Agent based in Panama to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who understands sports betting, follows major US sports (especially the NFL and NBA), and can provide high-quality customer support during live events.
