Opportunity to become a Team Leader / Supervisor! B Kitchen is a fast growing company that works in partnership with Tesco supermarkets. We are looking for people who can work as part of a team helping bake all our pastries, prepare our salad bar products, and our delicious burritos. Manage a team, remain calm under pressure, being in charge or all food safety policies, placing orders and always keeping our brand standards. We offer full time contract with mostly Monday to Friday shifts starting at 6am. Weekend availability will sometimes be needed. You might be a good fit if you have: Hands on approach, problem solving skills, ability to lead the kitchen team to ensure all prep is done on time and all policies are implemented consistently, professional attitude, an encouraging approach when leading your team. We pay monthly into your bank account. Once you are fully signed off as a supervisor, you can earn up to £300 quarterly bonus based on audit score, sales, and company culture targets!
