Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and precision., • Ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency in all drinks., • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, recommending drinks and ensuring their satisfaction., • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area., • Handle cash and card transactions accurately., • Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations., • Collaborate effectively with the waiting staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service. About You: • Proven experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment., • Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wines., • Excellent customer service and communication skills., • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude., • A genuine passion for mixology and creating unique guest experiences., • Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player.
