• Front-of-House & Patient Experience: Greeting patients, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and managing the waiting area to ensure a comfortable environment., • Appointment Management: Scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments using dental software Cloud4dentists., • Patient Record & Data Management: Registering new patients, maintaining confidentiality (HIPAA compliance), updating patient information, and preparing charts., • Financial & Insurance Duties: Processing payments (cash, card), managing invoices, verifying insurance coverage, and submitting claims., • Administrative Support: Sorting mail, ordering office supplies and maintaining equipment., • Available to work some Saturdays.
