Drainage Operator\n\nBased in Feltham\n\nFull Time\n\nPermanent\n\n£38,000 - £40,000+ van & fuel card\n\n40 Hours – Mon -Friday 7.30am – 4.00pm\n\nAbout The Role;-\n\nTo provide a high quality, customer, and quality focused service, delivering a range of works across the Hounslow Borough. \n\nTo carry out a range of Drainage duties including High Pressure Drain Jetting around the Borough to clear blockages and carry out preventative repairs\n\nTo always understand and comply with all Health and safety regulations and company policies.\n\nKey Responsibilities and Duties:\n\nCarry out repairs to drainage systems both internal and external\nUse our in-house Jetting Van for Jetting drains / Gullys to clear blockage or descale lines \nClear blocked manholes and drains using either drain rods or High-pressure jetting equipment\nClear blocked toilets and investigate issues\nClear general blockages within a property including kitchen sinks, wash hand basins and baths\nCary out CCTV camera surveys of drainage and provide report of findings.\nCarry out the replacement of waste pipes and soil pipe systems \nDig up and make repairs to under ground drainage systems \nCary out repairs to manholes / defects, replace manhole surrounds \nWhere needed assist plumbers with digging up and replacing water mains\nLadder Checks\nPAT testing\nTo follow all reasonable management requests\nEnsure you remain up to date with all relevant compliance and mandatory training that will enable you to fulfil the requirements of your role.\n\nEducation & Qualifications Required:\n\nWJA certification or equivalent for drain Jetting\nLevel 2 in Plumbing Desirable (not a necessity) \n\nPrevious Experience and Skills Required:\n\nPrevious experience as a Drainage engineer \nPreferably Previous experience of working within social Housing environment /Public areas \nGood level of communication skills \nExperience of working within a customer facing role, delivering a outstanding customer experience\nFull UK Driving license \n\nIn return Lampton Group will offer you\n\n23 days holiday allowance, plus bank holidays\nFree gym membership \nLampton Rewards - discounts and offers from top brands and services\nEE rewards - 20% off phone, sim and mobile broadband\nEnhanced Maternity and Paternity leave \nPension Scheme \nStaff wellbeing services, including access to online GP, occupational health and EAP\nFlu Jabs \nEye care vouchers and support towards glasses \nCycle to work scheme \nElectric Car salary sacrifice scheme \nWe offer annual pay reviews and incremental pay increases \n\nAbout Lampton Services\n\nLampton Services is a division of the Lampton Group of companies, a Local Authority Trading Company wholly owned by the London Borough of Hounslow (LBH).
