Responsibilities include running the pass, ensuring quality and standards are maintained, keeping in top of all due diligence and EHO requirements, ordering, keeping track of stock levels and managing the rest of the kitchen team. Casual dress - uniform provided by the company. If you are successful we will keep you on a probation period of two weeks to make sure you are the right fit. Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). Previous experience in a care home, psychiatric hospital, or community mental health setting is preferred. Strong understanding of mental health conditions and related care approaches. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and compassionate under pressure. Knowledge of CQC standards and care planning documentation.
