    Care Assistants Needed in Bishop’s Stortford – No Experience Required Are you passionate about helping others and making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our dedicated care team in Bishop’s Stortford. No previous social care experience is needed – full training is provided. What matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability, and kind-hearted nature. Requirements: • Right to Work in the UK (we cannot provide Health and Care Worker visas), • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Flexible Shifts to Suit You We offer a variety of shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends – perfect for fitting work around your lifestyle. What You’ll Be Doing as a Care Assistant: • Providing companionship and emotional support, • Helping with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting), • Supporting mobility in and around the home, • Assisting with medication reminders, • Helping with light household tasks such as cleaning, tidying, and cooking, • Running errands like food shopping or collecting prescriptions If you live in or around Bishop’s Stortford and want a rewarding role where you can make a positive impact every day, we’d love to hear from you! • Qualifications, • Essential, • Good communication skills, • Ability to listen with empathy, • Ability to think on your feet and stay calm, • Desirable, • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it, • Care Certificate or willingness to work towards it, • Basic First Aid or Moving & Handling training.
