Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with scheduling appointments. Manage the appointment diary to ensure adequate time is allocated between appointments for patient care and preparation. Handle phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries promptly and professionally. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of the patient's contact details and update information as required. Process payments, issue invoices, and manage insurance claims efficiently. Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Ensure the reception area is clean and organised.

Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dog Groomer to join our team. As a Dog Groomer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and appearance of our furry clients. You will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services while delivering exceptional customer service to pet owners. Your expertise in animal care and grooming techniques will contribute to the overall satisfaction of both dogs and their owners. Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling for various breeds of dogs. Assess the condition of dogs' coats and skin, identifying any issues that may require veterinary attention. Maintain a clean and safe grooming environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised. Communicate effectively with dog owners to understand their grooming preferences and provide recommendations based on the dogs's needs. Handle pets with care, ensuring their comfort and safety during the grooming process. Keep accurate records of each pet's grooming history and any special instructions from owners. Requirements Proven experience as a Dog Groomer is required; training may be provided for the right candidate. Strong knowledge of animal behaviour, grooming techniques, and basic animal care practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with pet owners. Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during grooming sessions. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their welfare.
