We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Commis or Che de Partie chef who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and advance to the next level. We are looking for a skilled, creative chef with a strong work ethic, attention to hygiene, organization, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a small, dedicated team, leading by example. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: • Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety certification, • PPE, safety shoes, chef hat, uniform, and apron, • Basic kitchen operation knowledge, • Right to work in the UK, • Flexibility to work 5 days a week, including weekends and evenings, • Basic knife skills and a willingness to learn, • Positive attitude and good time management skills Key duties include assisting the head chef with daily preparations, maintaining hygiene standards, learning the menu and recipes, and working professionally to meet customer expectations. Key Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities for the takeaway, 2. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, offices, and community groups, 3. Develop strategies to grow online orders through delivery apps and the restaurant’s own platforms, 4. Analyze customer trends, competitor pricing, and market demand in the takeaway sector, 5. Negotiate deals, promotions, and partnerships with delivery platforms and local partners, 6. Work with marketing to create offers, loyalty programs, and digital campaigns, 7. Monitor sales performance and provide weekly/monthly growth reports, 8. Improve brand visibility through local marketing and community engagement, 9. Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of large or special orders., 10. Achieve sales and growth targets for the takeaway business
