As a Fish & Meat Assistant, you will be responsible for expertly preparing and carving various cuts of meat & fish while adhering to strict food safety standards. Duties • Prepare and carve a variety of fish & meats, ensuring precision and presentation quality., • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety regulations., • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of fish & meat products for service., • Assist in the butchery process, including cutting, trimming, and portioning fish & meats as required., • Monitor inventory levels of meat products and assist in stock rotation to minimise waste., • Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout all food preparation processes.
