The role will be based in our flagship Southampton Branch within an established team of Lettings Experts. It involves: • Handle all documentation related to the Pre-tenancy process, including inventory reports, check-in reports, deposits and pre-tenancy compliance, • Ensuring the property is clean and compliant for the move in to take place., • Registering the Deposits and issuing the relevant legally required paperwork., • Act as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants throughout the pre-tenancy process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries promptly., • Maintain accurate records of property inventories, ensuring that any discrepancies or damages are documented and addressed appropriately., • Regular communication with internal teams, specifically End of Tenancy, Property Management and the Lettings teams to ensure a smooth operation., • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations governing the pre-tenancy process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
