Must be able to provide a therapeutic and safe environment for individuals and groups, ages 0-18. Demonstrates the ability to assist patients in coping with the stress of hospitalization by matching developmental assessment of the individual with normalizing activities appropriate for their developmental age. Exhibits and delivers strong customer service skills with patients, families, volunteers and health care team. Must have excellent communication skills, effective time and resource management, flexibility, the ability to learn and utilize computer applications and organizational skills.
