The Position The right Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair. The Successful Bartender will have: a preferred 5 year experience as a Bartender (minimum 3 years), within a high-end restaurant or bar; Experience with late nights; preferred (The role will involve some late finish times over the weekend).
