Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly to repair requests and emergencies to avoid disrupting operations., • Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients about their needs and expectations., • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently., • Maintain excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship., • Work independently as well as part of a team. Repairs & Maintenance: Fix minor plumbing (leaks, fixtures), electrical (light fixtures, outlets), and carpentry issues (doors, cabinets). Installation: Assemble furniture, install shelves, window coverings, and other fixtures. Painting & Decorating: Fill gaps, paint walls, and maintain surfaces. Handle emergency tasks. Inspections: Conduct routine checks to identify issues and report needs for major repairs.
