We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Junior Sommelier who is not just a wine lover but a natural host capable of making every guest's evening unforgettable. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intimate environment and is eager to take learn about wines and assist the manager in curating the weekly changing wine selection, to ensure it remains both refined and refreshing.

Main duties include advising customers with food and wine pairings, being responsible for cellar stock organisation and re-stock of bar fridges. Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay is an Asian Eating House and late night lounge inspired by Tokyo's 1930s Kissas and Shanghai's drinking dens. Asian inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi and sashimi are exquisitely crafted in the open kitchen and raw bar. Each dish is designed to be shared socially at the centre of the table.
