    Vamoa is hiring a Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team in SW London. The package • £27,500 to £32,500 base depending on experience, • Uncapped commission on top, • Realistic OTE of £55,000 to £60,000 in year one, • Hybrid working (3 days in our SW London office, 2 from home), • Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday Who we are Vamoa is a full-service Amazon agency working with consumer brands across the UK, EU and US. We manage everything from product listings and ads through to logistics and Pan-EU expansion. Our clients include some of the biggest names in supplements, food and drink, beauty, pet, baby and homewares. The role You'll be the engine behind our new business pipeline. Day to day that means: • Finding and reaching out to brand owners and decision-makers who sell on Amazon, • Running outbound across LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp, • Booking discovery calls and audits for the senior team, • Attending trade shows across the UK and EU (FIBO, PLMA, Elevate and more), • Managing your full pipeline in HubSpot What we're looking for • Around 1 year of B2B sales, business development or account management experience, • UK-based with the right to work without sponsorship, • Commutable to our SW London office (3 days a week minimum, non-negotiable), • A direct, plain-spoken communication style, • Confident on LinkedIn and the phone, • Self-driven, organised and not put off by rejection, • Curious about how brands grow on Amazon Nice to have • Experience selling into consumer brands, • Familiarity with Amazon as a sales channel, • Previous use of HubSpot or another CRM, • Any agency-side experience Why work here • Uncapped commission with no ceiling on what you can earn, • Real ownership and exposure to senior decision-makers from day one, • Clear progression into senior BD or account management, • Trade show travel across Europe, • Regular team socials, • A modern SW London office and a team that values output over hours How to apply Tap apply and send your CV with a short note on why you're keen.     Studyn is a UK platform that connects small and medium sized businesses with vetted university students for short term business projects. These projects can cover areas such as marketing, consulting and market research. Our aim is simple. We help businesses access affordable, flexible support, while giving students the opportunity to gain real practical experience and get paid for their work. We are currently looking for a commission only B2B sales partner to help us secure a small number of initial SME clients. The Role This is a small pilot role, not a high volume sales campaign. At this stage, we are only looking to onboard around 5 initial clients, so the focus is on quality over quantity. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to suitable UK businesses that may benefit from Studyn’s service. These could include startups, SMEs, local businesses, small agencies, founders or business owners who need support with marketing, consulting or research based work. Responsibilities Identify suitable UK SMEs and startups Reach out to potential clients through your own sales methods Clearly explain Studyn’s service and value proposition Generate interest from businesses that may need project based support Refer interested clients to Studyn for approval and onboarding Maintain a professional approach when representing the brand Avoid making any promises or guarantees without Studyn’s approval Ideal Candidate Experience in B2B sales, business development or client acquisition Comfortable working on a commission only basis Confident communicating with founders, SMEs and business owners Understands how to sell services to small businesses Able to work independently without constant management Has an existing SME, startup or business owner network Professional, reliable and clear in communication Payment Structure This is a commission only role. There is no basic salary, retainer or upfront payment. Commission is only paid once a client has paid their initial project deposit to Studyn. The pilot will be capped at around 5 paying clients initially. If the partnership works well, there may be an opportunity to continue on a longer term basis.
