The role is fully field-based, involving regular outdoor work, manual handling of heavy components and direct physical engagement with transformer systems. What you'll do • Manage multiple EV charging installation projects concurrently across different sites and regions, • Oversee ICP processes and manage relationships with ICPs throughout project delivery, • Coordinate with DNOs, landowners, contractors and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track, • Monitor programme, budget and risk across the project portfolio, escalating issues where needed, • Drive site-level delivery from grid connection application through to commissioning and handover, • Ensure quality and compliance standards are met across all sites, • Report progress to senior leadership on a regular basis What we're looking for • Proven experience as a project manager within EV charging, • Solid understanding of ICP processes and grid connection applications, • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across different sites and networks, • Comfortable working in a fast-moving scale-up environment where priorities can shift, • Strong stakeholder management skills across contractors, DNOs and internal teams, • Minimum 2 days per week in London What's on offer • Salary £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience, • Company Car + Bonus, • London-based, hybrid working, 2 days in office, • A high-growth scale-up at the forefront of the UK's clean energy transition If this role is of interest, please apply directly and share an questions to
