Role Overview The Client Engagement & Project Administration Executive plays a key frontline role in delivering outstanding client support and coordinating project activity. Working closely with the International Client & Project Lead, this position combines customer service, training delivery, project administration, software testing, and operational support. A critical element of the role is gathering, analysing, and translating client feedback into actionable insights that inform ongoing software development and product improvement. The role also involves system testing, bug reporting, client training, and live support via the help desk. This is a structured, office-based role with regular working hours in Sutton, supported by occasional travel depending on client and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Client Support & Engagement • Provide responsive client support via live chat (Crisp), email, and occasional phone calls, • Maintain accurate records of client communications and requests within CRM systems, • Build and maintain strong working relationships with sports clubs, national teams, and performance organisations, • Support clients with performance data management, reporting, and analytics, • Deliver bespoke client reports using integrated dashboards and analytical tools, • Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and improve system functionality Software Testing & Product Feedback • Test system updates and new features prior to release, • Log bugs and development requests using Trello, • Gather, interpret, and document client feedback, • Contribute insights directly into product development roadmaps Training & Product Familiarisation • Deliver face-to-face, remote, and on-demand training for new and existing users, • Create and maintain user support documentation and training materials, • Stay informed on developments in elite sports science, performance analysis, and data analytics Project Coordination & Internal Collaboration • Support the International Client & Project Lead with project planning and coordination, • Assist with sprint planning and software update rollouts, • Use Trello and Pumble for task tracking and internal communication, • Maintain accurate client and operational data within Capsule CRM Business Development & Marketing Support • Assist with client engagement initiatives and promotional activities, • Support relationship development with new and existing clients Regulatory Compliance & Confidentiality • Ensure full compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations, • Handle sensitive medical and performance data in line with governance policies, • Participate in mandatory compliance and data privacy training Administration & Operational Support • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, • Assist with contract administration, invoicing, and documentation, • Remain flexible and proactive as responsibilities evolve with business needs Professional Development • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, • Attend regular performance reviews with senior management, • Engage in relevant formal education or certification opportunities

£32,000 - £38,500 dependent on experience Marketing Lead (Travel) £32,000 - £38,500 per annum dependent on experience Permanent Folkestone Hybrid As part of the Travel Marketing team this role will support the Marketing Manager for Titan Travel, and the wider Travel marketing team deliver the Marketing Communications plan effectively across multiple channels to meet the businesses demand and sales targets. You will support Titan, and Saga’s wider Travel Business by orchestrating the planning and delivery of cross-channel marketing campaigns in line with the business targets. You’ll drive continued improvement in ways of working and optimisation of marketing collateral and messaging to align with marketing strategies. This role would suit an experienced marketer, offering the opportunity to join a high-performing and experienced marketing team. Titan Travel is a brand owned and operated by Saga Travel Group (UK) Limited, effectively making them sister brands. Saga acquired Titan Travel in 2009, and while they are now part of the same group, Titan Travel continues to operate as a separate, though integrated, entity within the Saga Travel business. This role requires you to be working from our Folkestone office a minimum of 3 times a week. We have designated office space for colleagues in our Travel business, allowing us to collaborate and share success as a function. Role Responsibility As our new Marketing Lead you will be responsible for developing campaign activity across the annual plan, ensuring messaging and creative highlights our key brand differentiators to customers against our competitors. Your responsibilities, will include: • Working with the Titan Marketing Manager and Head of Travel Marketing in the development of the annual marketing plan for Titan Touring., • Facilitating and orchestrating the successful application of the Campaign Delivery Process to plan, shape, create and deliver best in class marketing communications cross-channel in an organised, timely and effective manner., • Leading the coordination of relevant stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Digital & Trade teams, including running marketing planning and delivery meetings to provide ongoing clarity on roles, actions, timelines and dependencies., • Working with the wider marketing team to plan and execute a fit for purpose content strategy through all channels to inspire, entertain, educate and convince key target cohorts to choose Titan., • Proactively collaborating with CRM, Digital & Trade teams to design and create seamless customer journeys and content throughout campaigns to ensure customers have the best experience., • Supporting the CRM and Digital teams with continued and extended Test & Learn application across all activity, adopting best practice., • Working with the CRM, Digital and external Media teams to ensure all activity is tracked, reported on and collated into a single view of the Campaign results, to monitor efficiency and effectiveness., • Campaign briefing and creative sign off including main campaigns x4 times a year., • Working alongside the CRM team on email creative and proposition, to ensure consistency and brand alignment., • Work with the insight team to test creative and messaging to different customer cohorts to keep communications fresh and relevant., • Explore new partnership opportunities and help to manage the agency relationships, sharing content across all channels and managing the promotional plan It is essential you have experience in a large consumer facing organisation and having worked within the travel industry would be advantageous.
