To find out more, please visit Your new role As a Quality control Advanced Analyst at SFI Health, Wigan, you will be responsible for supporting the site to ensure the Quality Control laboratory can deliver testing in line with current regulatory guidelines: Key responsibilities and accountabilities: • Perform physical/chemical/analytical analyses on samples received within defined lead times., • Perform testing of stability samples in line with the site schedule and procedures, • Responsible for routine calibration and maintaining laboratory equipment and devices before usage., • Generate and complete appropriate paperwork for various stages of processing, monitored in compliance with specifications and regulations., • Adhere to Good laboratory practices and Data Integrity., • Perform sampling and routine testing of raw materials (including packaging materials), intermediate bulks, and finished products in accordance with GLP/GMP requirements, ensuring strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity principles., • Conduct testing of stability samples in line with approved ICH stability programs, reporting any compliance issues. Support the preparation of stability protocols and coordinate stability testing schedules as defined in stability procedures., • Support the coordination, shipment, and follow‑up of external analytical, microbiological, and chemical testing for raw materials, intermediate bulks, and finished products., • Write and revise standard QC operating procedures in alignment with organisational quality standards.
