We are looking to add an Ecommerce & Concessions Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for owning the full end-to-end ecommerce experience, fundamentally driving revenue and growth for the brand.\n\nThis is a pivotal role in helping our Brands achieve further growth and success and it's a great opportunity for someone to come in and make an impact really quickly.\n\nResponsibilities will include:\n\n• Managing, developing and overseeing the daily operations of our ecommerce sites –\n\n• Managing, developing and overseeing the daily operations of our marketplaces –\n\n• Onboarding new marketplaces; problem-solving and product uploads, ensure best working practices are being used to ensure correct uploads and platform mapping\n\n• Liaise with partners and internal teams regarding contracts, platform agreements & requirements, product selection processes, fulfilment procedures etc.\n\n• Select relevant and seasonally appropriate product for Marketplace and Concessions to support targets.\n\n• Regularly review our Brands marketplace & concession offering based on data and highlight opportunities for the business. Inventory management, driving opportunities based on stock positions, analyse sales and returns data and adjusting offering accordingly.\n\n• Providing regular reports based on weekly and monthly trade and activities\n\n• Updating content across all platforms and across all sites\n\n• Manage customer queries\n\n• Oversee marketplace partner timeframes, ensuring launch dates are achieved\n\nStrategic Leadership:\n\n• Develop and execute a global ecommerce strategy to drive revenue growth, improve customer acquisition and retention, and enhance the brand's online presence.\n\n• Lead ecommerce marketing, ecommerce operations, ensuring alignment with the company's global business goals.\n\n• Work closely with the Director to contribute to the overall digital transformation and growth for all our Brands\n\nEcommerce Performance & Growth:\n\n• Oversee web trading strategies, including pricing, promotions, merchandising, and site optimisation, ensuring the ecommerce platforms are driving high conversion rates and average order values.\n\n• Analyse ecommerce performance, using data-driven insights to optimise user experience, increase conversion, and reduce drop-off rates.\n\n• Support the development of a roadmap for ecommerce technology, ensuring the integration of the latest tools, platforms, and innovations to enhance the customer journey and streamline operations.\n\nECommerce Marketing Leadership:\n\n• Manage the global digital marketing strategy, including paid media (PPC, display ads), SEO/SEM, CRM/email marketing, and other relevant marketing programmes.\n\n• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all online channels.\n\n• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, adapting strategies to improve engagement and online sales.\n\nTeam Management:\n\n• Lead and develop a small team, ensuring continuous growth, training, and performance.\n\nBudget & P&L Management:\n\n• Manage the ecommerce budget, ensuring that investments in web development, marketing, and other key areas are efficiently allocated to drive ROI.\n\n• Monitor ecommerce revenue and profitability, using metrics to adjust strategies and forecast growth.\n\nInnovation & Industry trends:\n\n• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and customer expectations within the ecommerce and digital marketing landscape.\n\nSkills and Experience:\n\n• Proven experience in Marketplace and eCommerce\n\n• Possess strong experience with Shopify, SAP, Linnworks, Mirakl, SharePoint\n\n• Possess excellent Excel skills and experience using SharePoint\n\n• Analytical thinker\n\n• Excellent communication skills\n\n• Have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment\n\n• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and digital transformation in ecommerce.\n\n• In-depth understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, data analytics, and conversion optimisation.\n\n• Strategic thinker with the ability to align business goals with innovative digital solutions.\n\n• Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving ROI.\n\n• Fluency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), as well as ecommerce management platforms (Shopify, Mirakl etc.) and SAP.\n\n• Attention to detail\n\n• Problem-solving skills
