Loftnix Developments Ltd is looking for a motivated self-employed Sales Agent to generate and secure residential construction projects across London and the surrounding areas. We specialise in loft conversions, house extensions and full property renovations. The opportunity: • 8% commission for every qualifying client contract introduced by you and successfully signed, • Commission-only, self-employed position, • No basic salary or guaranteed earnings, • No commission ceiling, • Flexible working arrangements, • High-value residential construction projects, • Written Sales Agent Agreement provided before starting Your role: • Find and approach potential clients, • Develop relationships with homeowners, architects, estate agents, property developers and other property professionals, • Generate qualified enquiries and help move opportunities towards signed contracts, • Manage your own leads and follow-ups professionally Loftnix will handle site visits, technical advice, pricing, quotations and construction delivery.
