Duties and Responsibilities: Perform general office tasks: photocopying, binding, scanning, data entry, and record keeping. Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Answer and direct phone calls, emails and inquiries professionally. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly manner. Handle incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate courier services. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and boardroom bookings. Assist in organizing company events, managing guest lists and liaising with venues and suppliers. Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
