Main Duties: Campaign Management Work across a variety of brands, managing and executing paid media campaigns. Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across predominately Google & Bing Ads, plus Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Tik Tok Ads. Contributing to maintain Google Partner status. Optimise account performance by monitoring key metrics, such as Click-Through-Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA), and Return-On-Ad-Spend (ROAS). Conduct A/B testing on Ads to improve campaign performance, assist in asset creation and enhance audience engagement. Data Analysis & Reporting Monitor campaign performance, analysing data and trends to provide actionable insights and adjust strategies as needed. Generate and present monthly reports, showing results against KPIs and making recommendations for future improvements. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to use campaign insights in broader strategies, including content strategy, Organic/SEO and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and UX. Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimisation.
