Shift Leader US Fast-Casual Brand | UK Dark Kitchen Launch Location: UK (Dark Kitchen – Delivery Led) Sector: QSR / Fast Casual About CORELevate are working with a well-established US fast-casual brand, founded in 2006 and known for its bold Eastern Mediterranean-inspired flavours and fresh, made-to-order food. The menu focuses on customisable bowls, salads, and pitas, built with vibrant spices, fresh vegetables, grains, and house-made proteins and sauces. As part of its UK launch, the brand is opening its first delivery-first dark kitchen, with a clear plan to expand into high-street locations. This is a great opportunity to join a proven international brand at an early stage and grow with the business. The Role As a Shift Leader, you’ll support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager by helping run smooth, well-organised shifts in a fast-paced, delivery-led kitchen. You’ll be hands-on during service, supporting the team, keeping standards high, and helping ensure each shift runs efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with QSR or fast-casual experience who is ready to step up into a leadership position or build further experience in a growing brand. Key Responsibilities • Support Daily Operations: Help run shifts smoothly, ensuring service is efficient during busy delivery periods, • Hands-On on Shift: Work across stations and support the kitchen team as needed, • Team Guidance: Support and guide team members during service, escalating issues to the Assistant GM or GM when required, • Standards & Cleanliness: Help maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organisation, • Food Safety: Follow and support food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures, • Opening & Closing Support: Assist with opening and closing tasks under management direction, • Problem Support: Help resolve day-to-day issues during service to keep operations moving, • Brand Standards: Deliver food and service in line with the brand expectations What We’re Looking For • Experience in QSR, fast casual, or dark kitchen environments, • Previous experience as a team leader, supervisor, or senior crew member is beneficial but not essential, • Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety (Level 2 Food Safety preferred or willingness to obtain), • Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure, • Confident communicator who works well as part of a team, • Comfortable in a fast-paced, delivery-led environment, • Flexible to work evenings and weekends, • Join a respected US brand at the start of its UK journey, • Work in a structured team with a GM and Assistant GM in place, • Clear progression opportunities as more sites open, • Hands-on role with real learning and development, • Be part of shaping the early culture and standards of the UK business
