If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. \n We're looking for a Data Analyst & Technical Support Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team in Basildon. This varied role combines data analysis, reporting, technical administration, and customer support coordination. \n \n What You'll Be Doing \n\n • Managing and progressing technical support cases through Microsoft Dynamics\n, • Working closely with workshops and stakeholders to drive case resolution\n, • Producing KPI reports and analysing performance trends\n, • Creating, maintaining, and enhancing Qlik Sense and Power BI dashboards\n, • Analysing data from multiple sources to provide actionable business insights\n, • Monitoring recall campaign performance and reporting progress to management\n, • Supporting quality reporting processes and liaising with production plants\n, • Managing pipeline orders, back-orders, and dispatch issues\n, • Resolving invoice and finance-related queries\n, • Preparing and distributing daily Excel reports\n, • Acting as a key contact for delivery and collection enquiries\n, • Collaborating with Technical Support, Logistics, Sales, and other business functions\n\n What We're Looking For \n\n • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n, • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macro creation (desirable)\n, • Experience using Qlik Sense and/or Power BI\n, • Data management and reporting experience\n, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n, • Highly organised with great attention to detail\n, • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently\n, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities\n, • Basic understanding of commercial vehicles (desirable)\n, • Must have the right to work in the UK.\n\n What's on Offer? \n\n • Hybrid working arrangement\n, • Fixed-term contract until March 2027\n, • A varied role with genuine responsibility and ownership\n, • Continuous learning and development opportunities\n, • Supportive and collaborative team environment\n, • Exposure to critical business reporting and decision making\n, • The chance to work with industry leading technology and systems\n\n If you're passionate about data and want to be part of a team where your insights and contributions truly matter, we'd love to hear from you. \n To apply, contact Aimee or Julie at One to One Personnel on , or send your CV directly to or \n \n
