    A small, independent restaurant specializing in Jamaican and Turkish fusion cuisine is expanding, opening two new locations in East London (Brick Lane) and Brixton (Effra Social Club). We are building vibrant teams and are seeking enthusiastic culinary professionals to join us. Our kitchens are fast-paced, energetic environments, set to good music, where creativity and collaboration are highly valued. We are actively recruiting for various kitchen positions, including: • Chefs: Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, • Kitchen Porters As a Chef, your key responsibilities will include: • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency with our unique menu., • Managing daily kitchen operations, which includes inventory control, ordering supplies, and effective waste management., • Upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in line with regulations., • Collaborating with the culinary team to foster a positive, efficient, and inspiring working atmosphere., • maintaining exceptional food presentation. As a Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities will include: • Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks as required., • Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas, including workstations, utensils, and equipment., • Operating dishwashers and hand-washing pots, pans, and other kitchen items., • Managing waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently., • Assisting with the receipt and proper storage of food deliveries., • Providing general support to the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Must be legally able to work in the UK, speak good English, have food safety/hygiene level 2/3, at minimum 2 years experience and references. We do not accept cash in hand workers; do not waste your own time. Interviews all next week starting Monday 18th, Tuesday 19th evening, Wednesday 20th evening, confirmed by Thursday and start on Friday.
