We are looking for an Assistant manager for our Dessert shop in Covent Garden. The job entails serving and baking desserts to the highest standards, ensuring the shop is always kept to the managements standards, logging daily diaries, fridge temperatures etc, managing deliveries, providing impeccable service, managing junior members of staff and ensuring the shop is in tip-top condition at all times.
