Heret be bored and will be able to use all your skills and experiences to ever improve our factory environment.Key Responsibilities: • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial sewing machines., • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults., • Install new machines and calibrate them to meet production requirements., • Maintain accurate records of all routine maintenance and repair activities., • Manage inventory of spare parts. Your standard working week will be 40 hrs Monday -Friday. However we will require some flexibility with shift pattern during holidays and busier productions periods.In your dream role, you`ll receive:, • £34-37k dependant on experience, • Discretionary bonus, • Generous staff discount, plus savings on restaurants, holidays, and shopping, • 24-hour Retail Trust helpline and resources, • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Key Skills and Qualifications: • Electrical qualification desired (e.g. 18th Edition / NVQ L3) but not essential., • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems., • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills including PLC, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Good communication and interpersonal skills., • Quick learner when it comes to understanding new systems, new electronics.
