The Role: As our Breakfast Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of breakfast, brunch and sandwich dishes to a high standard. You’ll work independently during morning , lunch and afternoon service and ensure consistency, cleanliness, and quality at all times. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook breakfast/brunch/sandwich items to order, • Ensure food is presented attractively and served in a timely manner, • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, in line with food safety standards, • Manage stock rotation and assist with ordering as needed, • Work well under pressure, especially during busy service times What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, • A passion for cooking and attention to detail, • Ability to work early morning shifts through to early evening generally 8am-5pm, • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently, • A positive attitude and team spirit

I am looking for a reliable person with excellent cleaning experience that will clean our new Gym in Chiswick, 4 evenings or early mornings per week (Monday to Thursday).
