    We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly early years team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children aged 0–5 years. You will help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities -Provide warm, responsive and attentive care to children. -Plan and support fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities. -Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS. -Observe and record children’s progress and development. -Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers. -Support children with meals, personal care and daily routines. -Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming nursery environment. -Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies. -Work effectively as part of a supportive and professional team. About You We are looking for someone who is: -Passionate about working with young children. -Caring, patient and reliable. -A good communicator and team player. -Enthusiastic, creative and willing to learn. -Committed to providing high-quality childcare. -Able to support children’s individual needs and development. A relevant Early Years qualification, such as Level 2 or Level 3, is desirable. Experience working with children in an early years setting is also an advantage.

Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years., • Build warm, positive and trusting relationships with children and their families., • Support children's learning and development in line with theEarly Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)., • Plan and provide engaging, age-appropriate activities based on children's interests and developmental needs., • Observe, assess and record children's progress and contribute to their individual learning journeys., • Support children's personal, social and emotional development., • Encourage children's independence, confidence and communication skills., • Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment., • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, hygiene and nursery policies and procedures., • Work effectively as part of a team and communicate professionally with colleagues and parents/carers., • Support daily routines including meals, sleep times, nappy changing and personal care where appropriate., • Attend staff meetings, training and professional development opportunities., • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery and the quality of care provided. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: • Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Early Years/Early Education and Care, or working towards an appropriate qualification., • Passionate about supporting children's learning and development., • Warm, caring, patient and approachable., • A good communicator with children, parents and colleagues., • Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team., • Confident in planning and delivering engaging activities., • Able to observe children's development and contribute to accurate records., • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children., • Willing to learn, develop and undertake relevant training., • Professional and positive in their approach to their work.
