As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children aged 0–5 years. You will help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities -Provide warm, responsive and attentive care to children. -Plan and support fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities. -Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS. -Observe and record children’s progress and development. -Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers. -Support children with meals, personal care and daily routines. -Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming nursery environment. -Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies. -Work effectively as part of a supportive and professional team. About You We are looking for someone who is: -Passionate about working with young children. -Caring, patient and reliable. -A good communicator and team player. -Enthusiastic, creative and willing to learn. -Committed to providing high-quality childcare. -Able to support children’s individual needs and development. A relevant Early Years qualification, such as Level 2 or Level 3, is desirable. Experience working with children in an early years setting is also an advantage.
