Your work in this role will help support our customers to sustain their tenancies as well as managing rent arrears and court costs for a designated set of accounts to maximise rental income to the Group. You will take timely action in cases of rent arrears including County Court action. You will be part of a team of around 45 colleagues including our dedicated Money Advice Team that works collaboratively to provide an excellent and crucial service to our thousands of existing and former customers.
