HVAP Shift Lead to oversee critical building operations within a high‑profile, mission‑critical environment. This role is responsible for leading shift operations, ensuring compliance and safe systems of work, and maintaining the performance and reliability of critical M&E infrastructure. • A competitive salary with regular overtime opportunities, • Your basic shift pattern will be 4 on, 4 off, 6 on, 4 off, 4 on, 6 off consisting of Day Shifts 0700‑1900 and Night Shifts 1900‑0700, • The chance to work in a technically complex, prestigious environment, • Ongoing support, training, and career development opportunities, • A diverse and inclusive team culture that values your contribution, • Lead and coordinate shift engineering operations within a critical environment, • Monitor and manage plant performance via BMS and CAFM systems, • Ensure all PPMs, reactive tasks, and statutory compliance activities are completed within SLA, • Manage HVAP responsibilities including isolations, permits to work, and safe systems of work, • Oversee incident management, escalations, and emergency response procedures, • Maintain accurate shift logs, technical reports, and operational documentation, • Supervise contractors and engineering teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery, • Support energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives, • Provide shift cover and operational support when required, • NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent, • 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations qualification, • Previous experience in a critical environment/data centre/high‑profile commercial site, • HV Authorised Person (HVAP) status essential, • Strong understanding of critical M&E systems, BMS, and CAFM platforms, • Experience leading engineering teams in a shift environment, • Excellent knowledge of health & safety and statutory compliance, • Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills, • Pension with a leading provider and employer contribution, • 22 days holiday, • Personal wellbeing and volunteer days, • Private medical insurance, • Sick pay, • Life assurance, • Salary sacrifice car scheme (hybrid/electric vehicle), • Free 24/7 365 employee assistance programme to support mental health and well‑being (including counselling sessions and legal advice), • Flexible benefits to choose from inc: dental insurance, gym membership, give as you earn, travel insurance, tax free bikes #J-18808-Ljbffr
