A bit about the job: You'll be a part of the Investment Governance team in Aviva's Wealth business, whose mission is to give customers real peace of mind-knowing they can count on us to offer the right investments and manage them with care, expertise, and integrity. Exchange-traded investment trading has surged by 30% year-on-year over the past three years-and that momentum isn't slowing down anytime soon. This new role offers a fantastic opportunity to support a team focused on maintaining strong investment governance for the exchange-traded investments available across our Adviser, Direct Wealth, and MyMoney platforms. Skills and experience we're looking for: • A good understanding-or strong interest-in exchange-traded investments and how they work and a willingness to learn how to assess investment suitability and apply robust due diligence, • Awareness of current and emerging regulatory developments that impact investments., • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work well across teams., • Familiarity with corporate actions or fund change processes with a proactive mindset and an interest in improving processes.
