Shift Pattern- Double Days, 6 am till 2pm & 2pm till 10pm- 6 on 3 off What You Will Do: • Work within a proactive maintenance team to reduce engineering downtime and enhance productivity., • Perform maintenance and fault-finding tasks on advanced industrial machinery, including injection moulding machines and assembly lines., • Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and troubleshoot PLC and drive systems., • Ensure all engineering activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations., • Provide 24/7 breakdown support as part of a maintenance team for a busy manufacturing site., • Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement across engineering processes. What You Will Bring: • Time-served Industrial Electrician certification., • Proven experience in an industrial engineering environment, preferably within manufacturing., • Knowledge of injection moulding machines and assembly lines., • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement tools and techniques., • Strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
