Key Responsibilities: Registering new applicants and understanding their requirements. Arranging and conducting property viewings. Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Negotiating rental terms between landlords and prospective tenants. Managing the tenancy process including referencing, tenancy agreements, and move-in arrangements. Keeping up to date with lettings legislation and compliance requirements. Maintaining accurate records using the company’s property management software.
