Fire Alarm Engineer - Role and Responsibilities: • Install, service and maintain fire alarm systems to industry standards and client specifications., • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems remain fully operational and compliant with regulations., • Fault diagnosis and repair of fire alarm systems, ensuring fast and effective resolution of issues., • Upgrade and modify systems to meet client needs and comply with current standards., • Ensure compliance with British Standards, health and safety regulations, and company procedures., • Provide exceptional customer service by liaising with clients, addressing queries, and delivering expert advice., • Maintain accurate documentation including service reports, maintenance logs, and installation certificates., • Collaborate with other engineers and trades to ensure efficient project delivery., • Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems and associated equipment., • Proven experience in the installation, service, and maintenance of fire alarm systems., • Excellent fault-finding skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving., • Familiarity with industry standards and fire safety regulations., • Ability to interpret technical drawings and system specifications., • Strong organisational and time-management skills., • A methodical, detail-oriented approach to work., • Commitment to health and safety practices in all tasks., • Full UK driving licence or equivalent., • Excellent training and development opportunities, • Plenty of opportunities to increase your earnings, • Excellent work life balance, • Supportive work environment, • Carefully planned out work schedules Get Staff acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
