We’re partnering with a dynamic business that’s looking for an HR Operations Executive / Manager who’s not just process-savvy—but people-smart. About: We’re proud to be working with a fast-growing, chef-led foodservice supplier delivering premium ingredients and everyday essentials across London and the South East. With a purpose-built site in Dartford and a fully live stock system, they combine operational precision with a deep understanding of what chefs need—quality produce, reliable service, and less hassle. Their team is passionate, agile, and committed to raising the bar in food distribution. Whether it’s chilled, fresh, or ambient goods, they are trusted by top kitchens for their consistency, innovation, and chef-first mindset. Role: This is a hands-on, people-first role where your judgement, empathy, and adaptability will be valued more than rigid rulebooks. If you’re confident navigating complex ER, coaching managers, and leading a small but mighty HR team—this could be your next move. What you’ll be doing: • Leading and developing a responsive, people-focused HR team, • Managing employee relations cases with fairness and sound judgement, • Coaching managers with practical, operationally aware HR advice, • Driving continuous improvement across HR processes and service delivery, • Designing and delivering essential skills training for managers, • Building trusted relationships across the business Experience: • Locally based - Must be able to drive to Dartford Daily, • 3 years+ In HR, • Looking for is someone who isn’t too process-driven (IE strict policies, processes etc), • Looking for a Senior advisor who has the hands-on experience with all HR functions, but is ready for the step up into a team leadership/manager role, What you won’t find There: bureaucracy for the sake of it.
