Experience delivering maintenance excellence programmes in medium to heavy industry. Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs such as OEE and loss analysis. Ability to use data-driven maintenance strategies to improve performance.
