    Full time Shift Print Finisher to join a friendly team based in Essex (SS5 4AD). Ideal candidate live local to work and have knowledge of setting up and running Horizon Binders, Duplo saddle stitchers, Polar guillotines, Komfi Laminators and Muller Martini book trimmers. The working hours will be:- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (days and whilst training) Monday to Thursday 6am to 2pm, Friday 6am to 12.00am (Early) Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm, Friday 11.30am to 5.30pm (Late) Looking to recruit an industry professional with print finishing skills to work alongside our strong print and finishing team, however happy to consider candidate with basic digital print finishing knowledge for which can be developed. This role will be based on a double day shift rota outlined above. Role Requirements • Finishing knowledge basics a must – Guillotine and saddle stitching, • Excellent communication skills, • Able to work under pressure, • A can-do attitude, • Good attention to detail, • Work to a high level of accuracy, • A good sense of humour Role Responsibilities • Carry out tasks and operate any required machines and processes associated with the smooth running of the binding area as requested by the Manager to meet production targets, customer needs, efficiency and quality requirements in line with Standard Operating Procedures., • Comply with health and safety regulations within the team and the environment ensuring safe practice regarding use of equipment (i.e. Finishing equipment, lift truck, manual handling equipment etc) and general good housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
