As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing the best Talent into our business. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across the Group, providing a consultative and proactive recruitment service that ensures we hire the right people, quickly and effectively. The Role at a Glance Location: 1 Aston Way, Moss Side Industrial Estate, Leyland, PR26 7UX Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Salary: up to £35,000 What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Recruitment & Stakeholder Engagement • Develop direct sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, niche platforms) to minimize agency use., • Promote Lanes Group’s employer brand, especially within wastewater and drainage sectors., • Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, DE&I)., • Provide insights and help optimize recruitment processes using ATS and HR systems for compliance. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience recruiting in-house or via agency., • Experience managing multiple vacancies across varying seniorities., • Confident sourcing through direct channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, referrals)., • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills., • Understanding of UK employment legislation and compliance standards., • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – e.g. Greenhouse, Pinpoint, Workable (or similar)., • Commercial awareness – able to prioritise roles that drive business value., • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion hiring best practices.
