Location: Hatfield Salary: £37,000 per annum Working Pattern: Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week - 7am to 3.30pm Key Responsibilities: • To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus, • To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations, • To be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers, • You will be responsible for a small team of 2, • Serving 50-60 people on site daily, all fresh food, • Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard, • Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team, • Provide feedback and coaching on performance, • To ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene training Working with Gather & Gather has its perks!
