The Role This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of pastry production across the central kitchen You will combine hands-on excellence with strategic thinking ensuring consistency, innovation, team development, and commercial success. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the pastry team across production Develop innovative and signature products Maintain exceptional standards of quality, consistency, and presentation Manage production planning, stock control, and supplier relationships Oversee food safety, HACCP compliance, and hygiene standards Drive GP targets, costing, and waste control Mentor junior pastry chefs Collaborate with senior management on growth strategy and new site openings What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef in a high-volume premium hospitality environment. Someone looking to step out of restaurants and high end hotels and move into a production kitchen with no night shifts Strong expertise in laminated doughs(Ideal but can be learnt), viennoiserie, cakes, and modern patisserie Experience managing teams of 5+ chefs Commercial awareness with strong costing and margin control skills Passion for innovation and staying ahead of pastry trends Calm leadership style with excellent organisational skills Food Hygiene Level 3 (ideally) Why Join?
