Required Skills & Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree that is equivalent to RQF Level 6, • Proven experience in real estate or property management, or a related professional services sector., • Strong leadership and team management skills, • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, property portals, and analytics platforms, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities, • Strategic and commercially focused thinker with strong attention to detail

You will work mainly in pubs, clubs and other hospitality venues, responding to service calls and ensuring that equipment is safe, presentable and operating correctly. This is a field-based role involving regular travel throughout Hertfordshire, North London and the surrounding areas. Previous experience with gaming or leisure equipment would be an advantage, although training can be provided to a candidate with strong electrical, mechanical or technical ability.
