    Window Cleaning Position – North London Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to clean shopfront windows on various streets across North London, 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities • Cleaning shop windows on multiple streets in North London., • Using long window-cleaning poles (up to 3,5 meters)., • Following daily routes and maintaining consistent work quality., • Working independently after the training period., • Requirements, • Ability to handle long poles up to 3 meters., • Must be able to operate an electric bike (a company e-bike will be assigned)., • Punctual, responsible, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions., • Only apply if you can confidently ride an electric bike., • Training, • Free training provided for applicants without prior experience., • A decision regarding continuation will be made on the evening of the second training day to save time for both parties., • Travel and lunch expenses during training will be covered by the company., • Equipment Provided, • A company electric bike., • All necessary cleaning tools and equipment, assigned personally to the employee., • Salary & Payments, • During the initial stage there are lunch and travel expences., • After successful training, the employee will:, • Receive a fixed salary,, • A lunch allowance,, • And bonus payments for each window cleaned., • Additional payment options may be available and will be discussed in person.

    Purpose Of The Role We are looking to appoint a full-time Maintenance Operative to assist with the day-to-day repair and upkeep of our portfolio of garage sites. The successful candidate will carry out a broad range of general maintenance tasks across Barnet, Enfield, Finchley, and surrounding areas, with support from our Head Office team. This is a practical, field-based role, suitable for someone who is comfortable to carry out tasks independently. Has general trade skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to travel as required.
